Position your phone on a tripod facing the gym's physical scoreboard.
Grant camera permissions when prompted to load the rear camera feed.
Drag and resize the colored boxes on the screen to frame only the scoreboard digits.
Tap the selection buttons (Clock, Home Score, Away Score, Period, Shot Clock) at the bottom to calibrate each box individually:
- Adjust the Binarization Filter Slider for each box until its digits display as clean, solid black shapes on a white background in the preview monitor.
Use the Active Camera Stream Crops checkboxes to choose which fields stream from the camera vs. which fields show the standard digital scoreboard graphic created on the control panel!
Tap Start Sync. The status will update to green.
Go to your controller console page on your operator tablet, and toggle AI Sync to ON.
